Fans already know that Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman simply cannot stop teasing each other at any given opportunity. The two stars, who have appeared together in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, have an awesome friendship and are always trolling each other whenever they can. So it's no surprise that the recent virtual reunion party for the X-Men cast was crashed by the Deadpool actor just so he could make fun of the Logan star.

It has been a long time but fans finally got to see several cast members of the X-Men movies reunite in a virtual livestream. Major actors like Hugh Jackman, Patrick Stewart, Halle Berry, Sophie Turner, Famke Janssen, and James McAvoy took part in an online reunion to help promote the upcoming Global Citizen: United For Our Future benefit concert. At first, things were going well for the stars. However, it didn't take long before Ryan Reynolds popped up to join them.

Of course, Ryan Reynolds is still counted as an X-Men star. He initially portrayed Wade Wilson in X-Men Origins: Wolverine and later went for a more comic-accurate depiction of the character in the Deadpool films. In addition to that, some of the cast of the newer X-Men films have even shown up in the second Deadpool movie. However, it looked like they weren't exactly happy that Reynolds has crashed their party.

It didn't take long before the actors began giving excuses to leave the live stream. Sophie Turner claimed she had to go because she was going to attend a Game of Thrones reunion. In turn, James McAvoy stated that he had to do the same thing except he was going to take part in a cast reunion of Split. Soon, the only participants left were Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, who didn't waste time joking with each other.

Interestingly, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman were surprised by an unexpected reunion with another star from X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Liev Schrieber, who portrayed Logan's brother Sabretooth, soon joined the live stream.

For now, it is unclear if Hugh Jackman will reprise his role as Wolverine in Deadpool 3. However, Ryan Reynolds continues to campaign for the Logan actor's return as the mutant. In addition to that, it is important to point out that the third Deadpool film has not yet been given an official production start date or even a release date. Fans will have to stay tuned for more updates on this story.
