Kylian Mbappe intends to leave French football next year to bring his game to England or Spain. The young superstar has reportedly informed Paris Saint-Germain that he is out in 2021 to join up with Real Madrid or Premier League options like Liverpool and Manchester United.

Mbappe made his mark in the football world by leading his side, Monaco, to win the Ligue 1 title in 2017. In the following year, the then-teenager figured prominently with the French squad that won the World Cup.

The striker signed up with PSG in 2018 and appeared in 124 games since, clearing 90 goals for the Parisians in three seasons that also saw the club winning three Ligue 1 crowns and an appearance in the Champions League final match last season.

It has been an explosive spell for the 21-year-old in France but according to CBS Sports, citing the report first published by The Sunday Times, Mbappe is looking for a bigger stage next year and he is planning to link up with a Spanish or an English club.

If the transfer will push through, the prolific goalscorer is tipped to play next for Real, where he is long-wanted by team manager and compatriot Zinedine Zidane. Mbappe is also seen to seriously consider top-flight clubs in the Premier League and possibly on top of his list are Liverpool, Manchester United, and Manchester City.

Starring with United in the years to come is Mbappe following the footsteps of his football inspiration, Cristiano Ronaldo, and signing the young superstar is certainly an exciting prospect for Old Trafford. The club has been in pursuit of Jadon Sancho but can instead focus on signing Mbappe.

However, Metro reported that the PSG ace is more likely to take the chance of playing under Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp. Several times in the past, Mbappe has signified his admiration for the defending Premier League champions and even highlighted Klopp's crucial role in building up the Reds as "a winning machine."

"What Liverpool do ... is amazing. They're like a machine, they've found a rhythm ... When you watch you think everything's easy, but that's not easy," Mbappe was reported as saying in singing his praise for the Merseyside club.

For his part, Klopp has made clear that while he wants a great player like Mbappe on his side. The price of acquisition will be too high for Anfield. And the German said he is happy with his trio of attackers - Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, and Sadio Mane - that brought titles to the club.

Klopp's attacking front men are now in their 30s and Mbappe becoming available in 2021 could convince him to make the adjustments for the side to keep campaigning for titles and honors in the years to come.
