BTS is not just popular in South Korea or throughout Asia, but the group is a worldwide phenomenon. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook have reached superstardom status, and they are in demand all around the globe.

While all of the boys can understand and speak English, only RM is fluent and comfortable with the language. That said, the BTS leader is always in charge of the interviews abroad, but Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook would also try their best to help him out.

In a recent interview with NDTV‘s Rohit Khilnani, BTS was asked about the language barrier. The host pointed out the group’s worldwide popularity and wondered how they connect with their fans outside South Korea.

Jin responded that “there is no language barrier when it comes to music.” The “Moon” singer then shared that they also listen to songs that are not in their language. Just because they don’t understand it, that does not mean that they don’t enjoy the music.

“Music is a medium that connects people, and we thank ARMY for enjoying our songs even though they don’t speak the language,” Jin said.

It’s no secret that BTS loves their fans so much, and their passion is to perform for ARMYs. Unfortunately, the coronavirus pandemic has taken that opportunity away.

RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook have pointed out multiple times that they missed ARMYs and performing on stage. The BTS leader previously shared that he felt "powerless" during the promotion of their MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 album because of the emergency protocols.

The outbreak became a huge problem that led to the cancelation of BTS’ “Map of the Soul: 7” concert in Seoul that was supposed to take place early this year. After realizing that the problem is not getting any better, Big Hit Entertainment eventually canceled the rest of the tour dates.

BTS sat down for an interview with Extra, where host Cheslie Tryst asked the members how they had been holding up during the pandemic. RM didn’t put up a front and admitted he felt emotional and angry about it.

Jimin echoed RM’s statement, saying that it was hard for them at first. The “Filter” singer shared that he felt like they “lost everything that we were doing and what we could be doing.”

But, BTS decided to look on the positive side of things while dealing with the situation. The boys created “Dynamite” in an effort to comfort ARMYs all around the world, who are having a tough time.
