Prince William reportedly told his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, and father, Prince Charles, that Prince Andrew must not be allowed back into The Firm.

An insider said that the Duke of Cambridge has been very vocal about his belief that his uncle's resignation from his royal roles has favored the monarchy. William, the second in line to the throne, apparently sternly opposes the Duke of York's presence as a working royal in light of his controversial ties to the pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, whose cases are still being heard in the court in New York.

The source also said that Prince William was never a fan of Prince Andrew from the beginning. The Duke of Cambridge is said to be "fed-up" with Andrew's "never-ending scandal," so he made his opinion known to the two other senior royals.

It comes amid reports that, aside from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), French authorities also want to probe the Duke of York's ties with Epstein after the arrest of Jean-Luc Brunel last week. The Frenchman is allegedly a friend of Andrew, who "supplied" Epstein, the women, for his sex trafficking operation.

Brunel is also charged with spending intimate moments with Virginia Giuffre, the same woman who accused Andrew of bedding her when she was a minor. According to The Sun, Brunel's rape and sexual harassment case has made French officials set their sights on Andrew. They think the royal could provide crucial testimonial and could be summoned in the Paris court.

However, authorities from France might have a hard time probing the Duke of York since he's still refusing to talk to U.S. authorities, where the lawsuits against Epstein and his alleged pimp, Ghislaine Maxwell, were filed. Andrew said during his infamous BBC interview that he would cooperate with the investigations, but his lawyers and his royal status have prevented him from sharing what he knows about Epstein's women and illegal activities.

A source also insisted that Andrew does not know Brunel. Earlier, the royal denied on national television of having met Giuffre when she was still 17 years old.

Daily Mail, however, shattered that alibi. The news outlet's investigation revealed that no one could ascertain Andrew's whereabouts on March 10, 2001, the night he allegedly met Giuffre at a London club. Not even the Duke of York's daughter, Princess Beatrice, could recall the party her father talked about in his alibi.
