There is little doubt that fans love Cara Dune in The Mandalorian. However, it looks like the actress who plays the Star Wars character isn't very popular with people right now. Gina Carano is facing a lot of backlashes as netizens are discovering some of her social media posts. However, Carano is refusing to back down despite her online detractors and has even sent a powerful message to all her haters.

It's no secret that Gina Carano is someone who doesn't back down from the fight. This has been proven by her MMA background and the roles she chooses to play in movies and TV shows. Naturally, playing Cara Dune in The Mandalorian is no exception but the character's popularity has also attracted the attention of people who are not used to Carano's strong opinions.

It was previously reported that Gina Carano got some online backlash after she allegedly mocked the use of pronouns in someone's social media bio. Some netizens thought the "pronouns" that Carano added to her bio were transphobic and called for the actress to be fired from The Mandalorian. Although she initially resisted and shot back at her detractors, Carano eventually removed the "pronouns" from her bio but this was only the beginning.

People have not stopped calling Gina Carano out on her socio-political comments on social media and some have even gone as far as starting the hashtag #FireGinaCarano in an effort to get the actress out of The Mandalorian. However, the Deadpool star is clearly unfazed by all the controversy and has chosen to drop a powerful message for all her haters.

Gina Carano took to her official Twitter account to share a photo with a quote. "You can't control how other people receive your energy. Anything you do or say gets filtered through the lens of whatever personal shit they are going through at the moment, which is not about you. Just keep doing your thing with as much integrity and love as possible," it reads.

It is clear that Gina Carano has no intentions of backing down and is choosing to stand by her comments. It's a powerful move that even her character Cara Dune would be proud of. With that in mind, it looks like Cara is here to stay and will be back in The Mandalorian Season 3.

Disney and Lucasfilm have not yet confirmed whether Cara Dune will continue to play a large role in The Mandalorian Season 3. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
