New York, New York, All The Scandal And The Vice; Cuomo Kissed Me Twice: More Allegations Against Governor

Another woman has accused New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo of inappropriate behavior. She was a victim of floods in 2017 and says the events happened when the governor visited her washed out home.

The married woman from Greece, New York, claims Cuomo "came on to her" in front of her son.

Sherry Vill said this week Cuomo had come on to her while he was visiting her flood-damaged property in 2017. She alleges Cuomo grabbed her face and kissed her.

Vill said Cuomo had kissed her on the cheek in a "highly sexual manner." She was shocked and uncomfortable and asked the governor to leave immediately.

"He said: 'That's what Italians do - kiss both cheeks.' I am Italian. In my family, family members kiss. Strangers do not kiss," Vill said.

Vill claimed Cuomo made unsolicited remarks such as telling her that she was beautiful and asking her if there was anything else she wanted. "I felt like I was being manhandled," Vill said.

A few days after this she was telephoned by a Cuomo representative with an invitation to join the governor at an event. "She didn't say my husband and me, my family and me - just me. I was the only one who received the call. The whole thing was so strange and inappropriate," Vill said.

Cuomo's lawyer Rita Glavin said it was normal for the governor to hug and kiss constituents during crises. Glavin said Cuomo repeatedly greeted both men and women with hugs and kisses on the forehead, cheek and hand.

A former Cuomo staff member Linsey Boylan was the first to allege the politician had acted inappropriately. Now, more than half a dozen other women have made allegations of sexual misconduct, inappropriate touching and unsolicited sexual advances.
