BTS is more than a K-pop group, it is family. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and, Jungkook have grown up together — from being rookies to their current superstardom status.

That said, the boys have spent a lot of time together. But just because fans always see RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and, Jungkook together on camera, that does not mean that it’s also the case off-camera.

The members also do things separately during their downtime and work on some stuff alone. This is the moment when they sit and ponder about a lot of things. Sometimes they get delighted and excited about what they have done, but sometimes they get extremely sad and nervous about it.

So when J-Hope reached out to Suga when they were away from each other, the “Ego” rapper had no idea that it was exactly what SG needed at the time.

During the 2020 BTS FESTA, the members were asked: “When were you moved by ‘blank?’” J-Hope chose Suga and shared a recent incident.

J-Hope began his story by saying that he ate out with Suga. The 26-year-old rapper, songwriter, dancer, and record producer said that he sent a text message to the “Daechwita” rapper and asked him if he wanted to grab some dinner.

Suga doesn’t normally respond to BTS’s text messages, so J-Hope was completely shocked when the rapper instantly replied. He even noted that SG was so enthusiastic.

“I’ve never thought he’d love it, but he was so receptive,” J-Hope said.

As it turns out, J-Hope wasn’t even planning to go out for dinner that time; he was only asking Suga to set up a schedule for a later day. But because the 27-year-old rapper, songwriter, and record producer was very excited about his invitation, he decided to pursue the plan right then and there.

That's when Suga revealed that he needed someone to talk to at that very moment because he had a lot on his mind that day. “I wanted someone to reach out to me and listen to me,” he said.

Suga admitted that he’s not the type of person who would easily tell others about his worries. So when J-Hope texted him, it was a perfect opportunity for him to share his feelings with him.

Once again, the power of SOPE reigns supreme.
