Shinhwa's Andy has officially announced he will be tying the knot in a post on Instagram. The senior K-pop idol reveals the details of his romantic relationship and he is, obviously, celebrating.

Many can feel Andy's excitement as he shares the news of his marriage. Though he does not reveal the identity of his soon-to-be wife, many know who she is.

The 40-year-old star started his note by addressing Shinhwa Changjo, the group's fan club. He introduced himself and revealed this year would mark the 24th year that he met his group's fans.

With over two decades of career, Andy revealed a lot has had happened, and he is now the person he is today because of their fans' endless love and support. He thanks everyone for these and so he wants his followers to know the good news from his first.

"I have found someone whom I want to spend the rest of my life with," he said. Andy continued that this person always makes him smile whenever trouble comes his way.

He also said that this person cherishes him so much. With that being said, he now plans to live a life of togetherness instead of continuously living alone.

Now that Andy is about to begin a new chapter in his life, he wants his fans to congratulate him and look at them with "warm gazes." AllKpop noted the woman he is referring to is a female announcer nine years his junior.

These two, reportedly, met through their similar line of work. So far, their wedding details are still being worked out and Andy's agency will reveal more about it as soon as it becomes available.

Meanwhile, Andy will be the third member of Shinhwa to get married, per Korea Joong Daily. Eric Mun first tied the knot with Nah Hye-mi in July 2017, followed by Jun Ji, who wedded the former flight attendant Ryu Yi-seo, in October 2020.

For starters, Shinhwa is one of the first few K-pop groups who used to rule the country's music scene and spread their influence far and wide in the late 1990s. Eric Mun Lee Min-woo, Kim Dong-wan, Shin Hye-sun, Jun Jin and Andy composed the six-man group under the care of SM Entertainment.

They were the first generation of idols. Despite the years they had been together, they had survived staying as a group through their teens, tweens, adulthood, military enlistments, and marriages, Pink Villa cited. They debuted in 1998 after releasing their first album, "The 1st Album." Today, Shinhwa has 13 Korean studio albums, one Japanese album and several compilation albums.
