Prince William admits to a hobby that many people have developed due to the quarantine. He said that he's been baking a lot at home, like a lot of people in this coronavirus lockdown, and joked that he's worried about the waistline.

Speaking with a group of ambulance workers in Norfolk for his very first in-person engagement in three months, Prince William said that baking chocolate cakes has been his favorite. He quipped that chocolate "goes down very well," revealing his weakness for this delicious treat.

Prince William's wife Kate Middleton also said in a TV interview with BBC that their family has been mostly cooking and baking as they remained in quarantine in Anmer Hall. Kate said that Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have such stamina for cramming so much activities while in lockdown at home.

On June 16, the Duke of Cambridge visited the Kings Lynn Ambulance Station of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Norfolk, which is not quite far from his Anmer Hall estate. The second in line to the British throne said that he wanted to personally thank the frontline workers for their commitment and dedication amid this coronavirus crisis, hence the visit.

For the last three months, Prince William and Kate have been conducting video conference meetings as royal engagements have temporarily canceled. This week, however, the royal family seems to be restarting their in-person engagements.

It's not clear, however, why Kate was not with her husband for what would have been their first royal engagement post-lockdown. It was also not revealed if Kate would restart her royal engagements as well since the lockdown measures have been loosened.

Meanwhile, aside from baking during the quarantine and conducting their work via video calls, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been spending quality time with their children by walking and biking around their estate. Prince William and Kate also engage their kids to some social work. The family has been pictured going around their neighborhood to distribute meals they've prepared to the vulnerable communities.

Prince William and Kate have been homeschooling their two older children as well. The Duke of Cambridge said this has been a challenge for him since he has forgotten his lessons in math. Kate, on the other hand, has masterfully established a structure for her kids amid this coronavirus lockdown and she has been keeping a close watch of their activities, especially if they need to catch up with school work.
