Cancer-stricken Princess Kate's condition is far worse than the palace has revealed, as the royals feverishly strive to conceal the tragic truth, a new report claimed.

The rigorous chemotherapy she has been undergoing for months is reported to be wreaking havoc on her physically and mentally, and her husband, Prince William, is straining to keep up appearances for fear of losing her.

“Kate and William are going through hell behind palace walls. Kate is suffering brutal symptoms from the chemo but going to great lengths to hide them — especially from the children. Unfortunately, it’s becoming more and more difficult,” an unnamed source told The National Enquirer.

The arduous treatments aimed at eradicating the disease, which is suspected to be ovarian, are taking a horrible toll. According to insiders, Princess Kate's characteristic brunette hair is falling out in clumps, she's suffering from acute nausea and weariness, and her weight is dropping due to a lack of appetite.

“I hear that Kate has admitted she feels like she’s aged ten years in just the first ten weeks of chemo treatments. Her confidence has also taken a severe beating, leaving William feeling worried and helpless. He’s trying to be her rock while also taking care of the kids and still performing official duties. This is uncharted territory for them both!” the informant stated.

The tipster pointed out that Prince William, 41, lost his mother, Princess Diana, at a young age, and he can't take the notion of losing his once lively wife to another tragic twist of fate. Princess Kate, 42, made a shocking video cancer confession on March 22, two months after undergoing secret major stomach surgery.

Princess Kate, who appeared pale and haggard, described the prognosis as a "huge shock." She expressed concern for her children, Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, and asked for solitude. However, designer Amaia Arrieta, who works closely with the family, exposed the depth of her medical issue without her knowledge.

“I am heartbroken at the moment. think they are going through hell. I hope they will be back,” Amaia divulged. However, the tight-lipped royals did not appear to appreciate her views.

“William and Kate are said to be furious that Amaia spotlighted how desperate things have become when they’re trying so hard to keep everything under wraps,” the snitch said. However, cancer's toll is difficult to conceal, and the Princess of Wales allegedly faces a difficult road ahead.

“Cancer is a physical and emotional burden unlike many other conditions. It’s a destructive process. The skin, hair, lining of the intestines and bone marrow are all affected, and side effects from treatment can cause loss of hair and skin texture, nausea, vomiting and immunity issues. Some unlucky people have all of these,” New York internist Dr. Stuart Fischer, who has not treated Princess Kate, said.

Princess Kate's cancer admission came just weeks after her father-in-law, King Charles, 75, surprisingly revealed that he had been diagnosed with the dreadful disease following a treatment for a benign prostate disorder, as per BBC.

"As you can imagine, this has taken time. It has taken me time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment. But, most importantly, it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them, and to reassure them that I am going to be ok," Princess Kate said at the time, The Mirror reported.

“A newly installed monarch facing a death sentence, and his heir’s wife in her own fight for life — it’s unprecedented. William and Kate are Britain’s most popular royals and as king-in-waiting, William must balance his royal duties with his family obligations. He’s been cutting back on travel and doing more remote engagements, making it clear Kate and the children come first,” the mole shared.

Meanwhile, Princess Kate’s priority is her children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

“I’m told she spends much of her days resting so she can try to keep a normal routine for the kids when they get home from school. She’s sometimes tortured about what the future holds, but more for her family than herself. Then she rallies. She becomes our Warrior Princess Kate, battle-ready to conquer the enemy threatening to destroy her and further rock the already reeling monarchy,” the courtier revealed.

Royal parenting entails a variety of rules, including not being amorous in public and learning a second language. However, Princess Kate may be seen modifying the traditional tactics that are generally used and adding her own.

The Duchess of Cambridge has transformed the way royal parents raise their children, from kneeling in public to cuddling them. Sara Brennan, the proprietor of London Nursery Schools, has provided some insight into Princess Kate's parenting style. She noted that the Duchess has a "nurturing style" of parenting.

“She seems very connected to the needs of her children and their early years' education, which is apparent from her work with community projects, highlighting the importance of early years birth to five years old, and the support that is needed for first-time mothers and young families raising children with busy working lives," Sara told Express UK.

Sara also described how Prince George, Louis, and Princess Charlotte are joyful and expressive despite being in the public eye.

“Her children seem happy, curious, and expressive. I can only imagine how hard it is to juggle that life in central London. I think the Duchess is doing a great job managing it all, and setting a good example by being hands-on with school runs, and everyday activities. It seems clear to me that her children are the priority and she works hard to balance her work with the family life and protect them from the spotlight to allow them to just be themselves," she said.

When Prince William featured on the "That Peter Crouch" podcast, he was asked if he needed to encourage George to become an Aston Villa supporter like him. “I’m trying not to persuade him to be a Villa fan, I’m letting him choose his own way. It’s about finding what fits for him," the Prince of Wales said.

Prince William and Princess Kate also appear to strive to encourage their children to express their emotions openly, and they have previously supported their independence at occasions.

While Princess Kate embraces and holds her children's hands in public, this was not formerly permitted within the Royal Family, implying she may be breaking old norms. The Duchess can also be seen on the children's eye level on several occasions, which the expert describes as "natural."
