Madonna is celebrating her 60th birthday with a bang by unveiling a special treat for her fans. It is none other than the first full-length video of her Met Gala performance from this year.

According to Vanity Fair, the Queen of Pop uploaded the video on YouTube, which can be seen below, and on her social media accounts. She revealed that the video was a thank-you to her fans who had donated to a fundraiser meant for orphans and children in Malawi. The clip, in particular, was purposely launched to coincide with the singer's birthday on August 16.

The video shows Madonna in what appears to be a dramatic entrance above a staircase inside the Great Hall at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Wearing a robe that touches the floor, she sings her 1989 classic called "Like a Prayer" amid a wave of backup singers supplementing her Gregorian chants.

She then removes her robe, a true Queen of Pop style, to unveil a white corset as she segues into an unreleased tune titled "Beautiful Game." She then concludes her performance with a jaw-dropping, emotional version of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah."

Before the release, there were only a few snippets of her May 7 mini-concert that surfaced on the Internet. They came to existence thanks to gala attendees who captured the fantastic event on their mobile devices.

The new song is believed to be from Madonna's upcoming album. Although a release date has yet to be announced, the "Material Girl" singer will be teaming up once again with longtime collaborator Mirwais Ahmadzai, Huffington Post reports. The latter previously worked before with her on two albums, namely, "Music" and "American Life."

Madonna revealed that her newly-adopted home of Lisbon, Portugal has somehow influenced her work both as a singer and a performer. It is interesting to see what her new material is all about.
