FujiFilm introduces the XT-30, their latest addition to their X-Series of mirrorless digital cameras.

On March 20, FujiFilm welcomes the XT-30, their brand new digital camera and the latest addition to their mirrorless digital cameras X-Series. From the appearance to the lenses, the XT-30 is fully loaded with innovation that is expected to make it standout from the rest.

The Verge hints that with a resolution of 26.1 megapixels, XT-30 will be powered by the 4th Generation image sensor and processor giving it higher performance autofocus. For a more advanced AF Tracking performance needed in still photo and video to specifically achieve the smooth 4K/30P video recording, Fujifilm's latest innovation autofocus algorithm was improved as compared to its predecessors.

XT-30 has a new Face Select function giving priority to its autofocus function on selected subjects. It also has enhanced accuracy in detecting faces and smiles features which are expected to attract a wider range of FujiFilm users, professionals and amateurs alike.

An easier focus point shifting through its new Focus Lever is another special feature to look forward to in the FujiFilm's XT-30. Heavier and larger lenses will no longer be a problem with the increased stability brought about by its new body design aside from the improved response levels as well as the touch-screen panel made more intuitive.

FujiFilm's XT-30 will be more accurate on smaller image details as it will have the Fujinon XF16mm F2.8 R WR, a part of the X-Series of glassware with a 24mm (in the 35mm format) and a maximum aperture of F2.8 equivalent focal length. This helps maintain the sharpness the image sensor corners while fixing the spherical aberrations.

The lens which is weather and dust resistant and can function even in temperatures down to -10˚C is so light at 155g and so small with the 45mm length not creating much impact on the XT-30's body weight. Even the metal parts on the exterior of the lens are light and are positioned in such a way that users will have a professional feel and satisfaction on its performance.

Recording a high-resolution video and audio without additional pieces of equipment is made possible with FujiFilm's XT-30 recording 6K (6240x3510) mode processing it to 4K (3810x2160) video. It also has the capacity to operate at Film Simulation modes such as "Eterna" motion picture emulator while recording.

Broadcast Videographers can use the XT-30 on their shoots because of its F-log recording and 4:2:2 10bit via the HDMI port capabilities, according to Forbes.
