Tech giants are currently doing some updates with their products. Both iOS and Android products are competing hand in hand. Thus, Samsung fans are venting out their displeasure at the new update caused users some serious problems. 

The latest update for Samsung's Android 9 is currently available for S8, S9 and Galaxy Note 9 owners. The upgrade gives a raft of extras to the phones which include a customizable Night Mode, a refreshed appearance, and a new interface that makes the navigating the bigger-screen phones simpler. The rolling out started in the month of January.

Samsung fans now are switching to the latest version of the Android which the tech giant calls One UI. However, given the new feature, it seems that many of the Galaxy users are not happy with the refreshed software with the forums stormed out with complaints.

 As follows, some are ranged with anger that they have warned others not to download the new Android version. Posted on the community of Samsung's page on user said that "The first 9.0 version has some pretty serious stability and performance issues."  It added that "I STRONGLY recommend waiting for further versions so you would avoid any problems. "In some aspects, the phone is close to unusable and the battery life is measurably worse after the update!" according to Express

 In line, another said that, Sorry but this has annihilated his Note 9. Thus, he has the handset on EE- since he installed, the battery life has taken a huge hit. Also, the phone becomes buggy and glitchy and becoming a "pig" to use. He noted that it is an awful effort from Samsung. Another user has the same problems, he said that "Anyone else taken a huge hit on battery life since updating to this garbage?"

However, it is still not clear what was causing battery issues. Though, it has already been pointed out that pointed out that the software of the phones can cause a short spell of reducing the performance while the device updates its settings.

 Meanwhile, Samsung is known to fix their issue once the problem has been found. Fans expected it to be done in these coming weeks. Some of the users reported that the factory resetting of the device that has been updated to 9 pie has resolved the problems. Thus, given the negative comments, Galaxy fans also give praise to the company that their device is a hundred times faster, according to Mirror.
