It’s no secret that Kate Middleton has a thing for fashion. She had been dubbed as a fashion icon by a lot of people. She even changed the idea of public figures, such as celebrities, models, and Royal family members, when she was seen repeating her outfits when attending certain occasions.
Recycling outfits is considered a fashion suicide in Tinseltown, but Kate Middleton made it a trend. With that said, it is quite obvious that the Duchess of Cambridge knows what she’s doing when it comes to fashion.
Kate had always been a confident woman. She even modeled a very revealing outfit on the catwalk at a student fashion show on March 26, 2002, at St. Andrew's. So when she and Prince William split in 2007, her confidence and fashion choices reportedly left the Duke of Cambridge desperate in wanting to rekindle their romance.
Although they have broken up at the time, Prince William invited Kate Middleton to a "Freakin' Naughty-theme" fancy dress party. The Duchess of Cambridge chose to wear a “sexy nurse outfit” to the event that made the future king of England regret that he let her go.
According to party-goers, Prince William "followed her around like a lost puppy," and the two "couldn't keep their hands off each other.” It was also believed that this was the night that the pair got back together.
Both Prince William and Kate Middleton admitted that they broke up before, but they also both believe that it was the best decision at the time. The Duke of Cambridge said that they were young and wanted to find their way. They needed time, and when they were ready, it worked out for the better.
Kate admitted that the break up was hard for her, but revealed that she learned a lot from it. "At the time, I wasn't very happy about it, but it made me a stronger person. I valued that time, for me as well, although I didn't think it at the time,” she said.
Prince William and Kate Middleton now share three beautiful children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Being a part of the Royal family, the Duchess of Cambridge had to skip her risky fashion. However, her style is still being praised by many. From her gowns to her casual outfits, people just can't get enough of the Duchess.
