Someone's out to get Donna (played by Sarah Rafferty) in Suits season 9 episode 4. But Harvey (played by Gabriel Macht) won't just be sitting to watch Faye (played by Denise Crosby) destroy the person who matters to him the most.
In the promo for Suits season 9 episode 4, Faye demands a decision from Donna who has to choose between her relationship with Harvey and her job. Faye is adamant that she gets an answer soon or she will have to make that choice for the lovebirds, which they will not like.
Donna, though sure of what she wants in her life, is still quite a dilemma because she believes it's not right to give up something for the sake of her relationship. This puts Harvey at a sore spot because he thinks that Donna will be willing to end their romance just to secure her position in the firm.
In Suits season 9 episode 3, Harvey promised Donna that he'd make sure she won't lose her job because of how Faye is stirring everything. Louis Litt (played by Rick Hoffman) almost quit the firm because Faye made it clear that he was pretty useless for the company.
So, what will Harvey likely do to save Donna's job and their relationship? Is he going to cross the line and risk himself? It's not the first time for Harvey to go against the rule, but a leaked video showed that the character is going to get arrested in Suits season 9 episode 4.
This arrest could be the precursor for the return of Mike Ross (played by Patrick J. Adams) in Suits season 9 episode 5. It's been widely known that the character will be brought back in the fifth episode of the final season since USA Network announced the casting just before the start of the new season's run.
"He's going to end up getting embroiled in a case against Harvey and Samantha," Suits showrunner and creator Aaron Korsh told Deadline. "He doesn't exactly know that Samantha is going to be involved when he comes back, but he does know Harvey is going to be."
It's unclear, however, if the actor will have more than one appearance in Suits season 9. Viewers will find out how this ends when the show airs a new episode on Wednesday at 9:00 p.m.
