Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, had a surprising companion when he met with the heads of the organization Outward Bound in London last Tuesday. Joining him for his meeting with the chairman, Charles Phillips, was his daughter, Princess Beatrice, who is also the trustee for the charity which is focused on education.

This was a rare appearance -- and together at that -- for the father and daughter as Prince Andrew and Princess Beatrice are not "working royals" like the family of Prince Charles, Prince Andrew's older brother. The meetup or reunion also came at a time when Princess Beatrice was rumored to have banned her own father from her upcoming wedding to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in 2020.

Merely days ago, New Idea reported that Princess Beatrice didn't want her father to be at her wedding nor have him walked her down the aisle because of his controversial links to Jeffrey Epstein. The latter figured in a sex scandal and Prince Andrew, allegedly, also benefited from Epstein's sex slaves who were underage.

Sources said that Princess Beatrice told her father in tears that she doesn't want him at her wedding. Allegedly, Queen Elizabeth's granddaughter feels shame over his father's ties to the pedophile.

Meanwhile, rumors also surfaced that Princess Beatrice might not invite her cousin Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle to the biggest day of her life, if she could get away with it. Sources said that the Sussex couple is not on good terms with the York royals.

A few days after Princess Eugenie, Princess Beatrice's younger sister, got married in October 2018, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle decided to announce that they were expecting their first child. Royal observers said that this took the spotlight away from Princess Eugenie. So, their mom, Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, posted a series of wedding photos online after the pregnancy announcement.

Princess Beatrice also timed her engagement announcement to steal the spotlight away from Prince Harry and Meghan, who were on their South African tour at that time. Insiders said that it was a plan to get back at the Sussexes because of their "pettiness."

However, it is expected of royals to invite senior members of the family. Prince Harry is two notches above Princess Beatrice in the line of succession so he is technically senior to his cousin.
