Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's aims to live a happy and "private" life have become more complicated and quite impossible. After the raw and emotional ITV documentary, the Sussex couple has been receiving a huge backlash from royal fans and experts.

According to The Guardian, PR experts and royal followers are convinced that the statements made Prince Harry and Meghan could open them to more "damaging headlines." The evident backlash a few days from the documentary's premiere is just the beginning.

As witnessed in the ITV documentary titled, Harry & Meghan: An African Journey, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have placed themselves in a more "vulnerable" spot. Not only that Meghan Markle revealed her current struggles living the royal life, Prince Harry also seemingly confirmed the long-rumored rift between him and his brother, Prince William.

A "tearful grateful" Meghan Markle was seen in the interview after reporter, Tom Bradby asked her if she's "okay." Meghan, who was about to cry, became surprisingly emotional after hearing the question and shared that "not many" people ask her that question. She also revealed that trying so hard to keep up with the ways of being a royal can be internally "damaging" for her.

As for Prince William, everyone was shocked upon hearing him sharing "private" things, especially concerning his relationship with his brother. Although he did not specifically state that he and Prince William have been feuding, he still shared that they are moving forward to "different paths.'

Reports also asserted that, in royal experts' views, the whole interview has caused "chaos." No matter how much "editorial control" they would have, the British public and press have already witnessed and heard the appalling statements.

In the end, PR expert Mark Borkowski called the documentary a "complete and utter disaster" as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had broken all "royal family rules" of the known "never complain, never explain."

The whole debacle is believed to be "horrifying," especially on the queen's part. Daily Mail reported that the royal family is quite "concerned" with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

It is also worth noting that many royal experts revealed that the British press actually loves Meghan Markle before the interview happened. As it happens, most of them wanted her to succeed and saw her as a "fresh breath of air."

However, after the interview that revealed the Sussex couple's perspectives on the British press, it seems that things have already changed. It was also pointed out that it was not the press who says bad things to them, it was Prince Harry and Meghan Markle themselves who brought these things to them.
