Prince Harry and Meghan Markle attended an event at Windsor Castle and the royal couple arrived with different auras. A body language expert observed that the Duke of Sussex appeared to be “unnecessarily subdued,” while the Duchess of Sussex took the lead.

The event that was meant for a roundtable discussion on gender equality was the first public appearance of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle since their documentary titled Harry & Meghan: An African Journey was aired. Body language expert Judi James said that the prince looked less than his usual self, physically and emotionally.

“Harry looks unnecessarily subdued, suggesting he might still be coping with the emotionally vulnerable side he revealed to the world during the trip to South Africa,” Judi said. “Despite the assumption being that Harry turned up at the meeting with his wife in a last-minute decision to offer her emotional support and protection, his body language suggested he was the one feeling rather vulnerable here.”

Despite admitting that being a part of the royal family had been a tough transition to her, Judi said that Meghan Markle appeared more confident than Prince Harry. The Duchess of Sussex may have sensed that her husband was not feeling his best at the time. So,  she did what a loving wife should do in moments like this, which is to show strength for the both of them.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have dealt with a lot of things after they got married last year. Unfortunately for the couple, most of these things are negative reactions and comments, especially towards the Duchess of Sussex.

Unless that you had been in her shoes, Meghan Markle said that people had no idea what she was going through at all. ”You have no idea. It’s really hard to understand what it’s like,” she said in an interview for the ITV program. “I know what it seems like it should be. It’s a very different thing. That’s okay. The good thing is I’ve got my baby and I’ve got my husband and they’re the best."

As a result, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle decided to fight back and sued a couple of publications. The Duke of Sussex shocked the world when he released an online rant. As if that's not enough, the prince didn't consult any advisers and senior royals before releasing his statement.
