Are Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle friends? It's a question that royal followers have wondered as rumors of the rift between their husbands, Prince William and Prince Harry, continue to grow.
In a post on Quora, some fans asked whether Kate and Meghan hate each other. The royal sisters-in-law have been rumored to be feuding behind the palace's private walls even as Prince Harry, allegedly, wanted his wife to be warm and friendly to Kate, whom he gets along with really well.
Some speculate that while they look cordial in public, Meghan might be jealous of Kate while the latter is protective of Prince Harry. There's also an alleged friction because, apparently, Meghan wanted to change things in the royal family and she dominates her husband, which Kate doesn't like.
A supporter of the monarchy said that Kate and Meghan are two mature, sane and sensible women. At their age and stature, feuding and hating each other would be unbecoming. So, it's highly unlikely that they don't get along. If there is anything to take from this feud rumors though is that it's sparked by haters, the royal fan said.
Meanwhile, according to The Sun, Kate Middleton is reaching out to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after the latter received heavy criticisms in public for their emotional documentary Harry & Meghan: An African Journey. Royal author Phil Dampier spilled that Kate is feeling sorry for her in-laws and that she's trying to patch things up with Prince Harry and Meghan.
Sources told The Sun that Kate and Meghan talked on the phone. She also attempted to tell Meghan she sympathized with her after revealing in the documentary interview that she is struggling with the media scrutiny of their lives as royals.
In that documentary, Prince Harry also said that he and Prince William have not been hanging out together as much. The royal said that he and his brother are on a different path but he still loves Prince William because they will always be brothers. It was the first time that the royal acknowledged some kind of problem in his relationship with his older sibling.
It's this rift that Kate is, apparently, trying to fix. Before things snowballed, the couples were known as the Fab Four and the Duchess of Cambridge, apparently, wanted to revive this camaraderie and bond between them.
