According to a commenter in the forum, the tension between the brothers didn't involve Prince Harry's grudge over Prince William for suggesting he should delay his engagement to Meghan. Apparently, it made more sense for the princes to be feuding because Prince Harry was disappointed in Prince William's affair.

Rose, the Marchioness of Cholmondeley, is married to David Rocksavage, the 7th Marquess of Cholmondeley who is 23 years older than her. Reports cited that this marriage was on the rocks before the affair, allegedly, happened.
She was a familiar fixture at parties and banquets with the royals, aside from being Kate Middleton's good friend. However, the reports also alleged that the two had a falling out and that's when the rumors of the affair began.
