Prince William and Prince Harry always had a close relationship since they were young. The older prince looked composed, while the younger one appeared to be more animated. Put the two together and we get the perfect duo.
When Prince William married Kate Middleton in 2011, many were worried that the brothers’ bond may change. However, their tight relationship is still there. Prince Harry and the Duchess of Cambridge also shared a bond that was amazing to watch. The public then dubbed them “the royal trio.”
However, things began to change when Prince Harry tied the knot with Meghan Markle in 2018. The princes appeared to be less close and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex even removed themselves from the joint foundation with the Cambridges. It was during this time that people started to speculate that there was a feud going on between the two royal couples.
As expected, fans who love the relationship between Prince William and Prince Harry needed to blame someone for the fallout. Since the rift started when Meghan Markle joined the royal family, she was the easiest target.
“She just wants to change the Royal Family so that they fit in with her agenda,” one said. “Wouldn’t it be sad if the two brothers were never close again? There is a strong possibility of this happening. Some people, who are close to Harry, are saying Meghan Markle is actually guiding Harry away from William.”
A lot of royal fans believe that Meghan Markle should exert some effort in fitting in with the royal family and not the other way around. Some thought that the reason why the Duchess of Sussex is having a hard time building a relationship with the other members of the royal family is that she didn’t have a relationship with her own family.
Meghan Markle shared in the ITV documentary titled Harry & Meghan: An Africa Journey that she had a tough time dealing with all the hate that she was getting. "It's hard. I don't think anybody can understand that,” she said. “I know what it seems like it should be. It’s a very different thing. That’s okay.”
A recent report revealed that Kate Middleton wants to help Meghan Markle after learning about her difficulties. The Duchess of Cambridge, allegedly, wants to reunite with Prince Harry and his wife to revive their relationship.
