Princess Eugenie of York and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, just celebrated their first wedding anniversary earlier this month. With the said event, the royal couple received tons of warm greetings and notes from their fans and supporters.

Lucky for the well-wishers, the princess and her husband decided to respond to every note they received during the celebration. As reported by Express UK, a fan of the royal couple took her excitement to social media and shared a picture of the response note.

The photo also came with a caption revealing the dates of when the fan note was sent and when the response note was received. Based on the post, the thank you note from Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank seemed to arrive on the fan's end more than a month after the royal couple received the fan's greeting letter.

It is worth noting, however, that the response note was created by the princess' private secretary, Charlotte Fenn. The body featured an elegant font stating that she was "asked" by Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, to thank the fans for sending them their warm greetings and wishes. Even so, the receiver's name and the signatures were handwritten.

While the fans are happy to receive a response from the royal couple, the case is a little different for the fans of the Cambridge household. As it happened, Prince William and Kate Middleton made it known, a few days before Princess Eugenie's royal note responses, that they will no longer respond to all the note cards that they receive from fans and supporters.

The statement was released when a royal fan of the Cambridge couple sent an inquiry to them asking about their recent wedding anniversary. In the letter, it was stated that Prince William and Kate Middleton will now "focus" on responding to fans' letters to a select few of celebrations due to "limited resources." These will include birthdays, Christmas, and special wedding anniversaries.

Nevertheless, reports stated that the fans who received the letter did not come "empty-handed. Along with the explanation, the letter also came with a photo of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The staff, who wrote the note, further shared that Prince William and Kate Middleton "asked" her to enclose a photo of them as a "token of appreciation."

Many fans felt "sad" upon learning the couple's decision. But, in the end, reports still noted that most of the supporters seemed to "understand" the reason behind the decision.
