Rumors about Meghan Markle faking her pregnancy had been going on for quite a while now. Although Prince Harry, his wife, and the Buckingham Palace never confirmed nor denied these speculations, many are convinced that baby Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor was born via surrogate.
In fact, one royal fan posted a video on YouTube, proving that Meghan Markle wasn’t really pregnant and was wearing a moonbump instead. Moonbump is a fake pregnant belly, which is made out of silicone and foam, making it more realistic.
The clip showed the heavily pregnant Meghan Markle squatting while petting a dog. When she stood up, it can be heard that there was a popping sound. Others, then, pointed out that a pregnant woman in her third trimester can't be able to squat in comfort as the former actress did.
“You can literally see that thing pop back out and get bigger when she stands up!!! This is bizarre,” one commented. “Holy moly, watch the bump pop out and make that noise! She looks down and touches it as it pops out. People need to see this. Never mind squatting in heels with your knees closed. That’s actually not possible after the 4th month, no matter how much yoga you do. The uterus won’t allow it,” another one shared.
Now, people took to the online forum Quora to discuss why some royal fans are so convinced that Meghan Markle faked her pregnancy. “Did some people really believe that Meghan Markle was faking her pregnancy and showing up in public with a pillow tucked beneath her dress?” the author of the post wrote.
A couple of commenters, then, pointed out that those who truly believed the Meghan Markle fake pregnancy rumors are those who don’t like the Duchess of Sussex. Some felt bad for Prince Harry’s wife for getting all the hate, with people spreading fake stories about her just like the alleged fake pregnancy.
“That poor young Lady. She has done no harm to anyone, and yet tens of thousands of people who have never even met her, feel they have a right to tear her apart,” one replied. “I suspect in time they may move abroad, and she will get blamed for that too! Anyway, what goes to all you haters, I hope you can take back what you give. What goes around comes around.”
