BTS members are multi-millionaires. Meaning, they can afford anything that they want. Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook own a lot of luxury items, including very expensive apartments.

But, just because they are extremely wealthy, doesn’t mean that they don’t appreciate gifts from their fans anymore. BTS had consistently share how much they adore all ARMYs, and V just recently proved it by wearing a fan’s birthday gift from two years ago.

Given their net worths, you might think that clothes are disposable to them as they can afford to buy new ones every single day. But V makes sure that the fan’s money and effort will not put into waste and wore the gift during his recent outing.

The fan who gave the gift, which is a Hermes coat, took to Twitter to share a photo of V wearing the item. She then captioned it: “It has almost been 2 years. Thank you. Love you as always.” She also added a couple of photos of the other things she bought for the BTS star.

Fellow ARMYs then complimented the fan for her good taste. “Wow. He kept it. Your gifts are all beautiful,” one wrote. “Wow, you have an amazing taste. I love everything that you sent him,” another one commented.

But since the coat alone is quite expensive, there were some who doubted if the fan sent V the original one. The ARMY then cleared things up, writing, “Many ppl are asking about the authenticity of the coat. I bought it in Korea’s Hermès store at Gangnam Galleria two years ago. There were only three sets available in Korea, and most Hermès clothes were not listed online to check. The price was around $11,000.”

What people tend to forget is that fans would go above and beyond for their idols. It’s either the ARMY who sent the Hermes coat saved up for it, or she is financially blessed and didn’t have any problem in purchasing the gift. After all, not all ARMYs are students. Many are older with stable jobs.

And since V didn’t only keep the coat but actually wore it in public means that he likes it a lot. It also fits his style perfectly. V is known for mixing classic items with trendy ones, and the ARMY certainly knew his fashion sense.
