Jin is famously known for his playful personality, which is why it’s hard to imagine him doing or saying something negative, especially to his members. However, fans who have watched informal videos of the BTS boys know that the oldest member of the group can be really savage.

In fact, Jin is not a fan of mincing his words. He tells you things as it is, without sugar-coating it. And the latest victim of his savagery is V.

On Bon Voyage Season 4 Episode 5 Story Untold, Jin, Suga, RM, and V were feeling the Christmas spirit, even though the episode was filmed back in September. Since they were in New Zealand, where they were surrounded by beautiful snow, the BTS boys couldn’t help but feel the holiday festivities.

Jin, Suga, RM, and V suddenly sang their own version of “Jingle Bells,” which had more gibberish mumbles than actual lyrics of the popular Christmas song. Suddenly, Suga remembered the letters that they wrote to Santa Claus years ago.

V then said, “I want a present from Santa Claus.” While the other BTS members may try to play along with V about Father Christmas or keep their mouth shut, Jin bluntly responded, “There’s no Santa.”

And just like that, Mr. Worldwide Handsome became Worldwide Grinch who ruined Christmas for V.

This is certainly not the first time that Jin bluntly corrects his members about these famous Christmas characters. Back in April of this year, where BTS hosted a Q&A at their Aladin fan sign, Jin also became the Grinch.

When a fan asked through a note, “Did you guys get the letters you wrote to yourselves in 2016 during Bon Voyage?” Jin and Suga then explained that the letters got lost.

Jimin tried to be cute about the incident and said that Santa’s elves were responsible for their missing letters. Suga played along and said, “No, they were people with fake noses.” But of course, Worldwide Grinch had to break it to Jimin and asked, “aren’t you a little too old to believe in elves?”

Suga tried to keep the fantasy going by saying that “there was construction going on next to the land of the elves.” Before Jin even got the chance to be a Grinch again, RM picked the story up and said, “so the conclusion is that the letters got lost.”

It is safe to say that Jin is the most handsome Grinch to ever exist.
