Have you been thinking about your New Year's resolutions? The seven members of BTS has just confirmed that they have big plans for 2020 and it could inspire their fans to do something different next year. However, not all of the members of Bangtan Sonyeondan are about keeping the peace in 2020. For instance, Jin has just revealed his hilarious plans and it involves an unexpected intention to contine fighting with BigHit Entertainment.
BTS were recently on V Live to join Army in counting down to the New Year (Korea Standard Time). RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook also spoke about their New Year's resolutions and most of their plans are quite inspiring. Group leader Kim Namjoon promised to work out at least five times a week in 2020 and to read more books while Kim Taehyung vowed that he would finally learn how to play the piano and seek out relaxing activities. On the other hand, the third member of the Kim Line Kim Seokjin had arguably hilarious things lined up for 2020.
According to Jin, who is the eldest member of BTS, he intends to "live younger" since he is now in his late 20s (he turned 27 on December 4, 2019). In addition to that, Kim Seokjin wants to learn how to play the piano just like V. But the funniest part of his 2020 plan involves being a rebel. Jin promised that he would "fight with the company to get more rest days." This way, he and the rest of Bangtan Sonyeondan could get more time to relax for the rest of the year.
It's a hilarious resolution considering that Jin is known for constantly poking fun at BigHit Entertainment for the way the company treats them. Kim Seokjin had been vocal about the difficulty in mastering BTS' dance choreography, something that the other members agree with. Additionally, he is constantly fighting the BigHit stylists when it comes to his hair, which he has previously cut (just his bangs) with a pair of kitchen scissors. His latest act of "rebellion" was to dye his hair purple, earning him the nickname "Grape Jin" earlier in 2019.
For now, it's unclear how far Jin will go to make sure he and the other members of BTS can get more rest days in 2020. Nevertheless, fans are hoping that the biggest boy group in the world will finally get more time off so they can enjoy the rest of the year.
