It's no secret that BTS enjoy interacting with their fans. This is just one of the reasons why Armys can't get enough of the biggest boy group in the world, who always take time to thank their fans and make them a part of every celebration. So it's no surprise that Jimin was instantly smitten with a "fan" they encountered at the 34th Golden Disc Award. Amazingly, Park Jimin couldn't stop hugging the Bangtan Sonyeondan fanatic.
BTS recently attended GDA 2020, delighting fans with yet another awesome performance of their hits. Interestingly, the same event was attended by beloved EBS character Peng Soo, who is known for his entertaining YouTube videos. When Peng Soo took the stage, he immediately admitted that he was excited to be in the same venue as his seniors who he truly admired. When pressed about which seniors he was looking forward to see at the event, Peng Soo confessed that he wanted to meet BTS.
Naturally, BTS was thrilled that Peng Soo wanted to meet them. RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook immediately went up the stage to meet with Peng Soo, who greeted them with a respectful bow. It didn't take long before the members were happily interacting with Peng Soo on stage, and Peng Soo even impressed them with an amazing performance of their song Idol. However, it was Park Jimin who was clearly smitten with the penguin.
Throughout the interaction, Jimin couldn't get his eyes off Peng Soo. He even kept hugging the penguin while Peng Soo was talking to the other BTS members. It was clear that Peng Soo gained a celebrity fan at GDA 2020.
Not surprisingly, Jimin wasn't the only one who instantly fell for Peng Soo's charms. The other members of BTS clearly loved their interaction with the penguin. V also hugged Peng Soo as they spoke.
But which member of BTS is Peng Soo's favorite? Peng Soo revealed that he stans all members of the group and stated that asking such question was offensive to Army. Needless to say, it's safe to assume that Peng Soo is a true fan of Bangtan Sonyeondan.
For now, it looks like Peng Soo's interaction with BTS at the Golden Disc Awards has already started an awesome friendship. It would be great to see more of similar interactions between the boy group and the penguin in the near future.
