Kim Kardashian and husband, Kanye West, spent their Monday date night watching an NBA game at Staples Center. The power couple caught the attention of basketball fans especially when Kim seemed to have booed the ex-boyfriend of her sister, Khloe Kardashian.
The pair sat courtside next to Friends actress Courteney Cox at the Cleveland Cavaliers game against Los Angeles Lakers. While watching the game, Kim shared on her Instagram Story some snaps of the game including a photo on Thompson, which suggests she and Kanye were there to watch Khloe's ex.
When Thompson stepped up to the free-throw line, Kim stood up and shouted. While some fans in attendance claimed the SKIMS founder was booing Thompson so he couldn't make a basket, Kim said she was not.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star denied that she heckled Tristan during the game on which the Lakers won by 29 points. On her post on Twitter, Kim stressed that she was at the game to support Thompson.
"I was there to support him! And was cheering screaming LETS GO TRISTAN!!!!! I would never go boo anyone. I don't go to hate, only to cheer!" she wrote.
Some fans agreed on the reality star. They believed Kim was shouting some words of encouragement to Tristan when she stood up while the NBA player was on the free-throw line.
They also pointed out that Thompson's relationship with the Kardashian-Jenner clan has improved in the past months. In fact, he and Kim had a private dinner in September.
The basketball player also attended Kris Jenner's annual Christmas party last month. He and Khloe were seen chatting during the event and the latter even shared a photo of her and her daughter along with Tristan.
It can be recalled that the Cavalier player had a public falling out with the famous family following his cheating scandal last year with Kylie Jenner's longtime best friend Jordyn Woods. Kim has been critical of Tristan after it was revealed that the affair happened while Khloe was pregnant with her and Tristan's daughter, True.
Reports have it that Khloe and Tristan have rekindled their romance during Kris' holiday party. The two were, reportedly, spotted flirting the entire night.
There were also rumors that the two are spending the night together whenever Tristan is in town. Khloe, however, is, reportedly, is keeping the renewed relationship under the radar because she knows that she will be judged for getting back to Tristan.
