It has been almost two years since Kate Middleton gave birth to her and Prince William's third child, Prince Louis. With this in mind, many royal followers and fans have been wondering when the Cambridge couple will finally have their fourth child on the way.

Based on previous claims and speculations, it is believed that the Duchess is likely to announce her next pregnancy in the latter months of 2020. It was even stated that she might be the last female royal among the four, her, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, and Meghan Markle, to get pregnant come the new year.

While all the considerations seemed viable, not to mention, it is quite great news for both fans and the Royal Family, recent reports portrayed a different case. As it happened, it was claimed that Kate Middleton admittedly revealed her thoughts about her and Prince William's future fourth child.

According to Hello! Magazine, the Duchess of Cambridge finally responded to all the rumors about her fourth pregnancy. However, it was not a positive impression.

The sources shared that the Duke's wife revealed that her husband might no longer want to have another baby. Although no further responses were shared, this already answered the repeatedly asked question to several mothers, whether royal or not: Kate Middleton and Prince William are not trying to get pregnant.

Mother.ly contended, however, that the Duchess of Cambridge's response sounded "one-sided" as it only tackled the Duke of Cambridge's interest. Accordingly, many are convinced that Prince William may not like the idea of having a new baby but, the case might be different for Kate Middleton.

Also, it might be a possibility that the Cambridge couple is still not sure of their plans as a family. Nevertheless, some fans theorized that the answer given by Kate may sound like it but, it could only be a way to "deflect" an "uncomfortable question."

Whatever the case, though, no direct confirmations have been made yet about the matter. So, no one knows for sure if Prince Louis will be the child of the Cambridge couple.

In other related news, the speculations about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's second pregnancy continue to develop in recent times. While it may not be as clamorous as expected given their newest announcement about their future plans in the monarchy, some avid followers of the Sussex couple are still positive that they will already have their second, and allegedly, the last, child this year.
