If there is one person that is reportedly more than happy on the rumored romance between Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, it is his mother. Speculations have it that Brad's mother, Jane, is ecstatic that her son and former daughter-in-law are back together.
According to the National Enquirer, Pitt and Aniston are convinced that they are meant to get back together after they receive positive feedback from the public following their run-in at the recent Screen Actors Guild Awards. The ex-spouses' friends and family are also reportedly over the moon on what is happening between the two.
The outlet also cited one person in particular who is allegedly rooting for Brad and Jen to get married again. That is Brad's mom, Jane Pitt.
"She's rooting for them to get married again. She loved Jen and hated Angie. They're all rooting for a reboot!" the outlet source claimed.
Gossip Cop reached out to a source close to the Once Upon A Time in Hollywood star who assured that the actor's mother is not "rooting" for her son to marry the Friends actress again. The publication also noted that this is not the first time a tabloid added Brad's mom into its false narrative of Pitt and Aniston's relationship.
In early 2018, Enquirer's sister outlet, RadarOnline, also claimed Mrs. Pitt was begging her son to get back with his first wife. The tabloid Star also made a claim last year that Jen reached out to Brad's mom.
In late 2019, it was also rumored that Brad's mom had a "face-to-face showdown" with Jolie. Woman's Day claimed Mrs. Pitt is done with Angelina's "constant public slamming" of her son and she decided to take an action about it. The outlet source claimed Jane flew to Los Angeles over Thanksgiving to confront the Maleficent actress.
The insider added Jane also warned Jolie that she would not hesitate to reveal everything she knows about the Brad-Angelina divorce. Jane allegedly threatened to disclose the furious messages Jolie sent to her former husband and the threats she made to him.
Gossip Cop has debunked all of those stories. It is also worth noting that Brad and Jen themselves confirmed that they are not dating anyone at the moment, much so getting back together.
It can be recalled that the two have also laughed off the romance rumors that sparked from their SAG encounter. In the most recent interview with Pitt, he was asked about his thoughts of the public craze over their alleged renewed romance. The Ad Astra actor said he is "blissfully naive" and he wants to stay that way.
