Princess Eugenie celebrated her 30th birthday on March 23. The York royal received plenty of love and greetings online, led by her grandmother Queen Elizabeth, who is currently in isolation in Windsor Castle amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The Queen wished Princess Eugenie, her sixth grandchild and 10th in line to the British throne, a wonderful birthday by posting photos of them together last year. The photo was taken on Maundy Thursday, when Princess Eugenie attended a church service with her grandmother.

Princess Eugenie's mom, Sarah Ferguson, also wished her second daughter a happy birthday on Instagram with her favorite photo from the birthday girl's wedding day in 2018. She said that her little girl and her little magic dust is now 30 years old.

Just a day earlier, it was Princess Eugenie who was sending her wishes online as it was Mother's Day in the U.K. The York princess shared photos from her childhood with her mother and sister, Princess Beatrice.

According to the Evening Standard, Princess Eugenie may be quietly celebrating her birthday at home in accordance with the government's guidelines to practice social distancing. With the coronavirus still spreading in the U.K., the government also asked the public to lessen gatherings until this pandemic is sorted out.

It's also the reason why Queen Elizabeth left her busy official residence, Buckingham Palace, a week earlier to stay in Windsor Castle, where there are fewer people. The Queen is expected to be in Windsor beyond Easter as those above 70 years old are asked to limit their movement and meeting with people.

Princess Eugenie lives in the Ivy Cottage in Kensington Palace with her husband Jack Brooksbank. However, one of her good friends, Caspar Jopling, who is the husband of singer Ellie Goulding, posted on Instagram that he cannot wait to celebrate with Princess Eugenie soon.

Meanwhile, Daily Express recalled that Princess Eugenie had a lavish celebration of her 29th birthday in 2019. Her father, Prince Andrew, spent thousands of cash to hire a private room at the All Stars Lanes bowling alley so that his daughter could have fun with her friends and some members of the family.

Princess Eugenie's 29th birthday had a '50s theme from the setting, down to the food and the guests' outfits. The York family had 50 guests only but the birthday celebrations didn't stop there. Apparently, Princess Eugenie also had a party at the Elephant Parade a few days later and a third party with just her mom and sister at a swanky nightclub in London.
