WARNING: This article may have spoilers for Grey's Anatomy season 16 episode 20. Read at your own risk.

Grey's Anatomy season 16 episode 20 is coming next week on ABC, with the title "Sing It Again." The title alone suggests the episode may have some sort of musical theme, but it will also explore other storylines of some of the characters. In fact, viewers will see a different story of Tom Koracick's past in next week's episode.

In Grey's Anatomy season 16 episode 20, Teddy will try to help Koracick stay afloat when an estranged loved one from his past suddenly appeared to the hospital seeking help. This is an interesting storyline, given that the character's past wasn't really explored that much. His story often focuses on his relationship with other people, like his feelings for Teddy and distaste for Owen.

Hence, it would be nice to see the character dealing with someone from his past, and this is also a chance to learn more about him. It remains to be seen whom this estranged loved one might be, but this person likely has a huge impact on Koracick's life. Moreover, it's apparent that he's not thrilled to see this estranged loved one.

As for what else is coming on Grey's Anatomy season 16 episode 20, Link and Owen will treat an older woman. What's odd here is that the woman can't stop singing as soon as she wakes up from surgery. The episode title may also be a reference to this particular storyline. As for Maggie, Bailey, and Meredith, these three will be focusing on a difficult patient with a tricky diagnosis.

Meanwhile, there will be one more episode airing after this one and the series will the go on break as it halted its production due to COVID-19 concerns. Right now, there is no indication that episode 21 might serve as the season finale as things may still change over time. But if ever the episode might be the last one this season, then it may still bring some huge events.

The episode may see Amelia possibly giving birth, or at least close to it. Also, Owen may find out about Teddy sleeping with Koracick. Teddy had a chance to tell Owen about it, but she chose to avoid it and this could create chaos at some point. This is inevitable and she has to face it and the consequences that may come along with it.

Grey's Anatomy season 16 episode 20 airs on Thursday night, Apr. 2, on ABC.
