Super Junior's Choi Siwon has finally started his own YouTube channel and shared what he hopes to accomplish by doing so.

The Super Junior member, Kdrama actor and UNICEF advocate recently posted two videos. The first one was a preview of what was to come on his channel.

In the second episode, he talks extensively about his plans for his channel. He said he planned to upload daily vlogs about his life to connect with fans better especially during a time that multiple parts of the world are plagued by the COVID-19 health pandemic.

"Through this channel, I want to communicate more. Rather than the fancy life of celebrities, I want to talk about both sides. Additionally, I want to convey the message that we can overcome difficult situations together. To not give up when you're having a hard time," he said.

Fans who have been following Choi Siwon for a long time are aware that even when he is always having fun with his wacky Super Junior members on variety shows, he also has a serious streak which he shows through his commitment to his various advocacies.

He also talked about his No Challenge, No Change project wherein he invited fans to take part in making small changes that will cause an impact in the long term. He said that the project is a sustainable one and something that he hopes to continue for a long time.

With Siwon's addition to the YouTube world, he joins fellow Super Junior members who are also releasing their own content on their individual channels.Among these channels are Kim Heechul's HeeTube, Leeteuk's Taste of Teuk, Shindong's Shindong Show, Sungmin's LiuStudio, Kyuhyun's KyuTV, Ryeowook's AGIT, Lee Songhae's self-titled channel, and Henry Lau's YouTube channel. Kim Ki Bum also started his own YouTube channel recently while Heechul and Shindong also work together on the PC Bang channel dedicated to their love for gaming.
