As per the publication, the wedding is held at the family's golf course in Bedminster, New Jersey, with over 500 guests. The average cost of renting the venue for such occasions reportedly falls between $54,000 and $62,000.
For Ivanka's gown and Jared's attire, the cost is estimated to be above $50,000. As noted, the First Daughter wore a "custom-made" Vera Wang dress that featured "Chantilly layers" and "Lyon lace." Meanwhile, Jared wore a "Brioni tuxedo."
The publication went on to share the details of the wedding. It was said that the wedding cake was 70 inches tall, which came with 13 layers.
In every layer, variations of flowers were "adorned." Some of them were roses, baby's breath, and peonies. Different kinds and colors of lilies of the valley were also included.
As for the flavor, guests were served slices of chocolate, yellow, almond, and carrot cake. It was all reportedly created by Sylvia Weinstock.
Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner spent their "exotic honeymoon" in Africa. Although the wedding was in October, they reportedly waited until December to fly to the African continent. The estimated cost of their trip is between five to six figures, as per claims.
It is not entirely surprising that their wedding was lavish and expensive. Considering their rich backgrounds, as well as their individual net worths, not to mention, their elite circles, it was all reportedly "expected."
To date, the couple's combined net worth is rated at $1.1 billion, according to Business Insider.
