Khloe Kardashian is planning to move out of her luxurious mansion in Calabasas. She has put the 1.56 acres estate to listing and it will cost $18.95 million to the next owner of the property.

Khloé has been self-isolating at her mansion with her two-year-old daughter True and ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson since California has been put on lockdown because of the coronavirus pandemic. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, however, decided it's time to look for a new house.

The reality star's current real estate is located in the exclusive gated community The Oaks. It is just down the street from her sister Kourtney's mansion and only five minutes from her mother Kris Jenner's mansion in Hidden Hills.

Khloe purchased the 11,000 square feet house after her divorce from Lamar Odom in 2013. She bought it from Justin Bieber in 2014 for $7.2 million. Before the pop superstar, comedian Eddie Murphy bought the house for ex-wife Nicole Murphy.

The property boasts an impressive guesthouse and a breathtaking "meditation trail." It has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Khloe made renovations in the house and it landed in the front cover of Architectural Digest in 2016. The renovated mansion has a large kitchen with an island, a library, a home theater, a swimming pool with a hot tub, and a guest house.

Khloe's Calabasas estate would be perfect for security-conscious celebrities. It is located in a double-gated The Oaks with a guard gate to enter the community and a second massive gate to set foot on to the estate itself.

Apparently, the listing of the property was first revealed by known Beverly Hills real estate broker Tomer Fridman in an episode of IGTV's show Real Talk last week. Though he did not identify the owner of the mansion, Fridman did share to Real Talk host Alexander Ali some give away clues

He said the current owner of the property is one of his favorite clients. The mansion was featured on Architectural Digest's cover. The owner's sister lives down the street and their properties were both featured on the cover of AD. He also mentioned award-winning interior designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard, who decorated the renovated house.

In March 2016, Khloé's home was featured in AD along with sister Kourtney's home. The Celebrity Apprentice alum also revealed in the cover story that she bought the home from Bieber in 2014.
