Stargirl episode 5 is set to arrive next week on the DC Universe, with the title "Hourman and Dr. Mid-Nite". We're going to see Courtney recruiting more members to the Justice Society of America in this episode. And this time, she'll recruit the new versions of Hourman and also Dr. Mid-Nite, thus the title.

Stargirl episode 5 will give a proper introduction to Hourman and Dr. Mid-Nite. What's interesting here is that we're going to meet the new versions of these characters. And along the way, we could see how they evolve and deal with several problems.

Beth Chapel is one of Courtney's friends; a social reject and nerd. She is one of the latest recruits of the JSA as the newest Dr. Mid-Nite. Meanwhile, Rick Tyler is a high school delinquent; his parents died due to a car accident when he was seven. He's Courtney's friend and JSA's new Hourman.

It's clear that the JSA is closer to being complete. But while Courtney recruits more members to the JSA, Pat finds himself getting closer to learning which members of the Injustice Society of America in Blue Valley. Perhaps, Pat may finally find some answers to his questions.

Also, in the promo of the upcoming episode, it's clear that these teenage superheroes will be facing problems. All of them are getting used to their powers and they're excited to use it. However, the biggest problem here is that they don't know how to handle them.

There's a huge responsibility here, and it's interesting to see how they manage themselves now that they're considered as the next generations of superheroes. The original Justice Society of America folded because of the threats they've faced, so how these new superheroes handle that?

Meanwhile, Stargirl episode 5 will also be a Halloween-themed episode, which could come with a few surprises. Based on the synopsis, the search for Rick will lead Courtney, Yolanda, and Beth to the Halloween party of Cindy Burman.

Stargirl episode 5 airs on Monday night, June 15, on the DC Universe. The episode will be available on The CW the next day, Tuesday, June 16. It will then be available on the official website and app of The CW after airing on the network. The series can also be watched via DirecTV and Hulu + Live TV.
