Just like everyone else, Prince William and Kate Middleton are also following the implemented lockdown during the coronavirus outbreak. But the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are still actively completing their appointments through conference calls and have been in the public eye through appearances on social media during the pandemic, especially because Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles remain in isolation due to their age.

Prince William and Kate Middleton have already prepared themselves for years for this position. Queen Elizabeth is even the Duke’s personal mentor as he ready himself to be King someday. However, the couple is also parents to three young children, which is why the coronavirus situation is also a struggle for them.

Kate Middleton shared that the hardest part of the lockdown is that Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis couldn’t see their loved ones like they freely did before. “It’s really hard,” the Duchess of Cambridge said.

Prince William also shared his thoughts regarding the whole situation. The Duke of Cambridge revealed what it’s like being temporary in-charge of the Royal Family while being a parent to three young children.

“It gets a bit hectic, I’m not going to lie,” he said. “With a two-year-old, you have to take the phone away. It’s quite hectic for them all to say the right thing at the right time without pressing the wrong buttons.”

Kate Middleton recently shared that she explained the coronavirus pandemic to Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. Even though the young royals didn’t fully understand the global health crisis quite yet, the Duchess of Cambridge said that it was “important to acknowledge it in an age-appropriate way.”

Meanwhile, Knowing how hands-on parents Prince William and Kate Middleton are, this set-up may be ideal for them. This way, they can spend time with their children while doing their job at the same time.

However, this is only temporary. Once the lockdown is lifted, everyone, including the Royal Family, will return to their normal routines. This will mean that Prince William and Kate Middleton will do things like the way they did before, which also means that they will have lesser time with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis.

Previous reports revealed that Prince William and Kate Middleton have always made their children their top priority. However, being the future King and Queen Consort, the pair couldn’t just turn their backs on their duties to spend more time with their kids. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have obligations to fulfill and they are known for always completing them.
