Apart from the Indie games and the new titles launched at the recent PS5 digital event, Sony earlier announced three new titles coming to its next-generation gaming console. It looks like the Japanese gaming giant is strategically holding back the announcement of upcoming PS5 titles. New information surfaced recently, claiming that more games are up for reveal in Sony's PS5 event in August.

Three New PS5 Titles

Earlier today, three new titles launching on the PS5 were unveiled. The announcement, however, did not come directly from Sony, but from its partner, Nacon. Among these new titles is "Steelrising," a game developed by the same team that made "Greedfall." The other games are new entries in established IP.

Two of these recently announced PS5 games are set to arrive in 2021 with "Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood" set to arrive on Feb 4, 2021. The release date of "Steelrising" is yet to be announced while "Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong" will release sometime in 2021. Below are the trailers of each game.

"Steelrising" is published and developed by Nacon and Spiders Studio, and plyers can assume the role of a female robot named Aegis. She is the bodyguard of Queen Marie-Antoinette and tasked to end the massacres orchestrated by the robot army of King Louis XVI. The king has seemingly gone mad in the wake of the nascent revolution and used the out of control robots.

Meanwhile, "Vampire: The Masquerade - Swansong" allows players to play as a vampire. Players exist in a world where the line between real and supernatural is always blurred. The game is published and developed by Nacon and Big Bad Wolf. "Werewolf: The Apocalypse - Earthblood" is arriving in February.

In this game, players assume the role of Cahal. The character is a powerful Garou who, following his loss of control of his rage, went on exile. Players can transform as a Crinos or as a wolf. Players are tasked to master three forms of power to protect and punish those who defile Mother Earth Gaia. The game is developed and published by Cyanide and published by Nacon.

Next PlayStation State Of Play

In other PS5 news, Eurogamer's Tom Phillips recently teased about the next PlayStation State of Play. He shared that July/ August would be a "tasty Microsoft/Sony announcement sandwich." Microsoft is set to hold the Xbox game Showcase on July 23 with a PS5 event following a month after, Phillips added.
