Have you ever seen an ad that claims there's a quick and one trick solution to belly fat? Well, don't fall for it. Remember that these ads come from people who want to earn, so their goal is to take your money and not actually helping you.

So, no -- this "rapid belly fat loss" solution is all a myth. But here's what you can do:

Start with cutting back on sugar

One good way to continue changing your food preferences is avoiding sugar beverages - not only soda, even juices. Sugar increases the fat in the stomach, and fiber decreases the fat in the stomach; thus, as you are juicing fruits, you extract the fiber and add only sugar. Thus one fast fix, a very practical fix, will remove sugar beverages.

Replacing sugar drinks with water will help cut the sugar consumption drastically and then, after you have taken this measure, you will work out how to cut down on high-sugar foods.

Eat an apple, melon, or fresh berries if you have a sweet tooth and need to add the final emphasis on your dinner. Please keep in mind that fruit is not a vegetable alternative.

Front-load your meal

Start your meal with seasoned vegetables, whether it's vegetable soup or vegetables on your entrée plate, particularly your largest meal. And note the vegetables must consist of at least half of your plate, and be a combination of starchy (like potatoes) and non-starchy (the leafy greens, broccoli, etc.).

Eating vegetables would leave less space for other foods that aren't as good as because fiber is filling.

Be loyal to a physical lifestyle

The most important thing people would do to avoid abdominal fat buildup and get rid of excess abdominal fat is devote to physical exercise, and better yet, a healthy lifestyle. The first weight you lose while exercising is visceral fat, for both men and women.

Regular physical exercise is somewhat the magic cure for some people means that because its health effects do not only decrease the risk of stroke, diabetes and heart attacks; but research have also shown that physical exercise can dramatically boost moods in patients with major depressive disorders.

However, overtraining can be troublesome in the battle against belly fat, as it can lead to overproduction of coristol. Abdominal fat and high levels of this stress hormone has been found to have a link.

Just a short walk every day of an hour can affect your metabolism, and add an incline to your treadmill routine too.
