Televangelist Pat Robertson says he had a talk with God and that God told him U.S. President Donald Trump will win in the Nov. 3 election.

Not only that. Robertson said the world would be in deep chaos after Trump wins: There will be civil unrest, assassination attempts and, the worst part, an asteroid that will obliterate humanity "in fulfillment of the word of Jesus."

Trump should be happy to hear his prediction about him winning another term. But, the revelation of God about war and the end of the world?

The war's outcome has also already been pre-determined, Robertson said. "There's going to be a war, then a time of peace...and then maybe the end," state-controlled Russia TV network RT News quoted the televangelist as saying.

Here's how the war would happen, according to Robertson: China, North Korea, and Russia are likely to launch nuclear missiles or other weapons to attack the U.S. after Trump gets reelected.

Israel, Robertson said, will not be spared from the attack. But no worries. "It will be repelled by God because Americans will be too preoccupied with Trump's reelection," Newsweek quoted him during his Monday monologue on The 700 Club.

In addition, there will be "at least two attempts on the life of the president," he said, and "this country is going to be just torn apart," Robertson added of the horrors ahead.

The 90-year-old former Southern Baptist minister's calm prophesies on such dreadful world events is not surprising. The guy has made such predictions many times in the past and was wrong.

In 1976, he said the world would end in 1982. And in his 1990 "The New Millennium" book, he said the same thing - that the world would end April 29, 2007.

Twitter commentators said Robertson's link between Trump winning a second term and the disturbing Armageddon scenario was a good enough reason to vote for Joe Biden. "That would seem to be a Biden endorsement," Elizabeth Spiers tweeted.

Marc-André Argentino tweeted: "If you don't want the world to end, vote Biden."

At the end of his monologue, the televangelist just said it was time to pray.
