Apple recently released its M1-powered 13-inch MacBook Pro and with a similar-sized, recently-improved Intel-based 13-inch MacBook Pro, you need to determine which one is the best for you.

Apple fans are going crazy over the tremendous power and speed that the new M1-powered 13-inch MacBook Pro. Many of those who viewed the early reviews of the new machine made a trip to the Apple Store to get one. Upon getting there, they saw that there are two variants of the 13-inch machine, namely, the Intel MacBook Pro and the new M1 MacBook Pro. The question now is which would you prefer or think is more suitable for you?

   

Apple made some improvements on the 13-inch Intel MacBook Pro only last May of this year. The company fitted it with a new Magic Keyboard and doubled its storage capacity across all models, which further boosted its popularity. In November of the same year, however, the Cupertino-based tech giant released the Apple Silicon M1 variant of the 13-inch Intel MacBook Pro, a move that appeared to confuse some of Apple's loyal customer base. Many of them are asking whether they should get an Intel MacBook Pro or the Apple Silicon M1 MacBook Pro? Apart from their processors, the two MacBooks look similar, with roughly almost the same aesthetics.

However, the question on which of the two variants, the Intel 13-inch MacBook Pro or the Apple Silicon M1 13-inch MacBook Pro, is better for you, remains. So which one is good value for the money, the Intel 13-inch MacBook Pro or the Apple Silicon M1 13-inch MacBook Pro? The answer would really depend upon you. The Intel 13-inch MacBook Pro has up to four-core Intel Core i7 processor with Intel Iris Plus Graphics as against Apple Silicon M1 13-inch MacBook Pro's eight-Core Apple M1 chip with eight-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine. The Intel variant of the MacBook has up to 32GB of memory and 4TB of storage space, while the M1 variant has 16GB unified memory and up to 2TB storage space.
