Oasis frontman Noel Gallagher, 53, is not impressed with Prince Harry and his "woke" campaigns. The former rockstar believes that no one could actually take the Duke of Sussex and his wife, Meghan Markle, seriously.

Gallagher was speaking to Matt Morgan on his podcast show when the subject turned to the royal family. The Oasis lead singer, who is British, said that he actually feels sorry for the royals.

Calling Prince Harry a "little kid" who is such a "do-gooder" in a condescending way, Gallagher said that members of the royal family live a life of wealth and opulence. In reality, however, Gallagher thinks that they can't have any fun and they can't easily go anywhere except to spend holidays in Africa, where they also perform public service.

Gallagher ranted and said that it must be terrible to be a member of the royal family. The singer doesn't subscribe to "a life of service" that working royals have.

The British artist said that he's not worried about being passed over for knighthood because of his opinion about the royals. He said that he has never been under the impression that he will be called a "Sir" one day when Her Majesty decides not to honor him at her annual awards.

Gallagher, however, said that he watched the first season of The Crown to support his friend Matt Smith, who played Prince Philip in the series. He caught up with the other seasons only recently upon the prodding of his wife, Sara MacDonald. The ex-Oasis frontman said his life looks better than the royals, as depicted on the show.

It's not just Gallagher who isn't impressed with Prince Harry. The Duke of Sussex's former biographer, Angela Levin, said that the royal seems to be struggling to reveal his true self as he and Meghan do new projects in the U.S.

According to Levin, Harry has always been spontaneous in his work and always does things from his heart. Meghan, on the other hand, needs to be prepared and ready, which Levin said is likely part of her training as an actress.

The royal biographer also observed that Harry and Meghan present themselves with new intonation when they speak in public. Particularly, they like to take long pauses and always enumerate three reasons why they believe in something that this system appears "formulaic."

Levin said that while she still likes Harry, she feels that he's being held back. As such, Harry looks like he's not comfortable with his "new duties" as he performs these alongside his wife.
