"Genshin Impact" Update 1.2 unlocks the new Dragonspine area, introduces several boss enemies and launches an important item called Crimson Agate. There are more than 50 deposits that players are tasked to find, but most of them are having a hard time finding and getting the Crimson Agate locked in a cell.
What is the Crimson Agate in "Genshin Impact"
Crimson Agate is an essential ingredient used in leveling up the Frost Bearing Tree in "Genshin Impact." This item is one of the most sought after, especially by players who want to get their hands on the Warming Bottle. The Dragonspine area features a cold system that allows players to feel the freezing cold. The Warming Bottle is a handy item that helps negate the effect of the Sheer Cold status.
How To Locate The Cell 10180 in "Genshin Impact"
To obtain the Crimson Agate in 10180, players need to find the gated cell that can be accessed during the In the Mountains" world quest. It is located at the east end of Skyfrost Nail, a peak in Dragonspine. On the left side of the gate, players will find a small ice-covered mechanism. They can use their Pyro character to uncover it. As soon as it is freed, players should begin using the mechanism.
After that, players should go to the southwestern edge of Skyfrost Nail. In this location, they would find a Ruin Grader near a Scarlet Quartz deposit. They should attack the deposit and get the Scarlet Quartz. Players would notice that their character would be enveloped by a red aura upon the retrieval of the Scarlet Quartz.
When this happens, players should immediately return to the mechanism. They will need the red aura to uncover the mechanism. Should players encounter enemies, it is important that they sprint quickly to the gated cell.
On the left side of the gate, they would find a mound of magical ice that even a Pyro character could not melt. With the red aura surrounding the character's body, players must attack the ice. As soon as the ice is removed, they must start the other mechanism.
By doing this, the gate would rise, and they would gain access to a Precious Chest and a Common Chest. The Precious Chest is also enveloped in the red aura, and it is the one that bears the Crimson Agate.
The Chalk Prince and the Dragon event is currently live in "Genshin Impact." The event is on its third act that would end on Dec. 31.
