Outgoing U.S. President Donald Trump is considering to pardon as many as 100 people on his last day in office, the Daily Mail and other news outlets reported Tuesday.

Wrapping up a tumultuous four-year term in office, Trump, who also faces legal cases at the federal and state levels, drew up a list of names on Sunday in a meeting with his daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner and other aides. The details are expected to be announced on Tuesday, according to reports.

Various reports indicate that rapper Lil Wayne, who is facing a 10-year prison term over illegal possession of firearms charges, was on the list but not Trump's former adviser Steve Bannon or private attorney, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Dr. Salomon Melgen, a well-known eye doctor from Florida who is in detention after being found guilty of dozens of counts of health care fraud, is expected to be included on Trump's clemency list.

The New York Times reported that Trump plans to pardon Sheldon Silver, the convicted former speaker of the New York state Assembly, while former aide Steve Bannon is 'to be discussed."

Julian Assange, the Wikileaks founder, is not expected to be granted a pardon despite a hard push by Assange's supporters, the Mail reported.

Others expected to be given pardon are two men serving life sentences for illegal drug charges: Corvain Cooper, 41, and Michael Pelletier, 64, The Post reported.

In late December, the commander in chief announced two big batches of pardons or commutations -- many of which were granted to his political allies.

Trump could also reportedly carry out a pre-emptive pardon for himself, as he has mentioned on social media that he believes he has the right to do so. It is not clear if he is able to make a self-pardon, as it is without any legal precedent.

Reuters cited a source with knowledge of the president's deliberations as saying "so far Trump does not plan to pardon himself or his children," options that he has discussed with top advisers.
