Possibly, he may unleash Gear 5 in One Piece Chapter 1005. However, Luffy has already lost his Gear 4, and he can't even use his Haki for about ten minutes.

However, if there is one thing fans want to know the most, it is who is behind the mysterious figure who helps the Nine Red Scabbards in the previous chapter.
One Piece Chapter 1005 may reveal all the answers to these questions when it drops next Sunday, February 28. As Oda is known for regularly taking a break, there will be no new chapter coming the fans' way this week.
