The penultimate chapter didn't give fans the chance to predict what would happen next. There are still a lot of loose ends that Attack on Titan Chapter 139 has to tie appropriately and a story to end. With this, will fans see a fitting conclusion after 11 years of waiting?
According to BlockToro, some fans are not happy with how things go that lead to the series' ending. Most of them are, reportedly, confused, unable to grasp the turn out of events.
Knowing how unpredictable Isayama is, fans hope that everything will be resolved and it will not end in a major cliffhanger. For some, what happened to Eren is pre-planned, knowing he has the ability to see the past and the future.
He can also manipulate someone's memory and show them a different one. In Attack on Titan Chapter 138, fans saw the alternate storyline featuring Eren and Mikasa.
Omnitos noted there are assumptions that Eren is the father of Historia's baby. However, when Mikasa kissed Eren's decapitated head, it seemed to mean something different.

By the looks of it, Attack on Titan Chapter 139 has a lot of questions that it needs to answer when it drops on Friday, April 9. The manga's final volume will be out in early April for Bessatsu Shonen magazine, per HITC.
However, fans have to wait a little longer to get their hands on Volume 34's physical issue as it will start shipping on Wednesday, June 9. Spoilers-wise, it is expected to be released a few days before the official release date comes. It can be in the form of Zekken and Ryokutya's summary or raw manga scans.
