The long wait is almost over as Fruits Basket: The Final will soon premiere its first episode. While the excitement has continued to build up since the finale of Season 2, fans outside Japan are even more hyped up these past few days.

This comes after the news broke that the first episode will drop earlier in countries outside Japan, catering to the English-speaking viewers. Comic Book Resources reported that the material will have English subtitles, and will premiere weeks earlier than the official release.

It has since become a real treat for avid fans and viewers who are non-Japanese speakers. Funimation confirmed the announcement about the debut, which will be available on March 19 on the platform.

Fans and viewers may stream the English-dubbed first episode of Fruits Basket: The Final, especially if they are from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Ireland. People who are from Australia and New Zealand may, also, witness the first episode on the same day by streaming it on AnimeLab.

The same publication, also, stated that the premiere will feature special appearances of various English voice cast members. These include Jerry Jewell, Eric Vale, Colleen Clinkenbeard, Ian Sinclair, and Brina Palencia.

Fruits Basket: The Final will make its full release on April 4 in Japan. There is little information, however, as to when the complete third season will become available outside the country.

Reports said that this will serve as the final installment to the popular anime series after its reboot debut in 2019. Despite its overall popularity and fame across the globe, the material follows the entire scope of Natsuki Takaya's manga by TMS Entertainment. Accordingly, the complete timeline of the show's course is dependent only on the source material.

Trinikid previously reported that Fruits Basket: The Final will pick up where it last left off. Considering that the second season concluded its course in the middle of Volume 16 in the manga series, fans may, reportedly, expect that the third and final installment will cover the remaining seven volumes of the original material.

The second season finale closed its doors before the audience with tons of "bombshells." Following the DVD of the school play from Momiji, Kureno confessed his biggest secret.

He has not been able to transform yet into his avian form. But, while everyone thought that he would when he and Tohru hugged, it came as a surprise that nothing happened to him.

The upcoming installments will finally reveal all of the characters' remaining secrets and answer all underlying questions. Hence, it is not shocking why fans have become very eager to witness the final moments of Fruits Basket on small screens.
