Fans and ARMYs alike are now waiting for BTS's V mixtape to come out. As they have been in a waiting game for a long time, the 25-year-old singer-songwriter finally sheds light on his much-awaited solo album.

The mixtape now has a tentative title KTH1 and BTS's V recently talked about the works he has to put in to complete it in an interview with Rolling Stone. As this is way different from the songs he creates with RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin and Jungkook, what can fans expect here?

Also known as Kim Tae-Hyung, he revealed he is much hands-on in creating new music for his mixtape than with his group. As they work as a team, working on his own means he has to do everything alone, Koreaboo noted.

He has to look after the songwriting, melody creating and the whole production process. So, he feels more pressured working on his mixtape than a new album for BTS.

However, BTS's V feels freer to express himself in his own LP that fans have not seen yet. It also gives him the chance to establish his signature sound as a solo artist.

The hitmaker sees it as an opportunity to show who he really is and create +music that will represent the real him. So, when will fans finally see this mixtape coming out?

Though he admits the process of making it is hard, it will finally drop soon. It was supposed to be out last year, but making it was more complex and complicated than he initially thought, so the Hwarang star is now looking forward to releasing it later this year.

So, what will it contain? According to Billboard, BTS's V first teases that it will be a 13-track project in the BE-hind Story teaser.

He even dropped a part of one of the songs in April with a caption, "Sleep." Would it be his mixtape's official single?

The audio clip was two minutes long, featuring a soft piano instrumental that enhanced the actor's rich and baritone vocals, per Teenage Vogue. He had been teasing his mixtape's coming for more than a year now and fans could no longer way to get their hands on his solo album.

However, although it takes BTS's V a long while before he finally drops his mixtape, he and even Jungkook assure fans they are working hard on completing it.
