There may also be a lot of violence and Sherlock may come into the picture. The brilliant detective may let himself involve in the situation and be in the middle of these two in Moriarty the Patriot Episode 19.
In Moriarty the Patriot Episode 18, "The Merchant of London," fans saw William and Louis' past as they made their way to the Moriarty family. This major flashback would have something to do with Milverton's investigation.
Milverton was trying to dig William's life after seeing him leaving the Jack the Ripper revolutionaries' operation base. He started to be suspicious of William, correctly naming him the Lord of Crime, per CBR.
However, he had to prove his claims. As he started to look for evidence, he found the only public record William and Louis had about their lives before they officially became Moriartys.
It was the newspaper article about the court case that involved the nobleman, Baxter. The latter failed to fulfill his promise to build a new orphanage with the borrowed money he had or even to pay back what he owed.
So, William and Louis, no matter how young, managed to entrap him. They knew he was lying about his financial stand. At the time, William gave him £600, which was already a huge amount of money, to push the building deal through that didn't happen, so they took him to court.
