A country singer meets a rock star. Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton prove opposite attracts.

Despite their differences, many have fallen in love with Stefani and Shelton's love story. Now that they are finally married, relive the moment that these two show love still exists in Hollywood.

Everything started in 2015. They met on the set of The Voice - both working as the show's judges.

At the time, they just came out from their respective divorces - Stefani from Gavin Rossdale and Shelton from Miranda Lambert. Though they were yet to publicly confirm their romance, their sweet gestures spoke louder than words.

Come November of the same year, Stefani's rep confirmed she and Shelton started dating, Us Weekly noted. As their love continuously grew strong, the "God's Country" singer said in 2018 that his budding relationship with the former No Doubt frontwoman helped him get back from "rock bottom" after ending his marriage.

Though they thought that their relationship was a rebound deal, they ended up withstanding a lengthy romance. Shelton and Stefani have now been together for six years.

The couple continuously packs on major PDA whenever they are out and about. In fact, fans can even see it on the "Hollaback Girl" singer's posts on social media.

In January 2020, Shelton and Stefani showed their love story in a music video for their duet song, "Nobody But You."

Stefani tried to give her then-boyfriend a haircut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon to show how fun their love is. She shaved Jimmy Fallon's initials into his head, though it was hard to see.

During the coronavirus lockdown in June 2020, a source said the pair was looking forward to getting married after the pandemic ended. Despite not tying the knot yet, they officially moved into their joint Los Angeles mansion in September 2020.

Finally, Shelton proposed to Stefani in October 2020 and in June 2021, they got their marriage license. After just a month, the duo surprised everyone with their wedding, officiated by Carson Daly.

The "Don't Speak" entertainer said on Tell Me About It with Jade Iovine podcast that she was "feeling total honeymoon vibes right now." According to People, she considered their marriage the greatest moment of her life - becoming beyond what she thought it could be.

"I just feel so lucky. One of those things you think about a lot in your life is you don't know the future and you don't know what's going to happen," Stefani said. "But I feel like my spiritual journey has really guided me toward this place and this place of peace."
